Further, as our clients use these tools to improve performance, they get a crystal clear view of engagement across the entire organization from data captured automatically by CubeVibe. We can measure engagement in real-time by how employees are feeling, performing, and contributing. We’re the only vendor in the market providing a real-time composite engagement score based on sentiment and performance data captured automatically.

To us, employee engagement is all about the intersection of employee sentiment and employee contribution. Since last year’s show, we’ve launched an alpha version and a private beta version. We’ve received a ton of great feedback from companies ranging from startups to Coke and Google.
